目的 了解宁波市养老机构养老护理员的职业认知与离职意愿的现状及其相关性.方法 采用便利抽样法,选取宁波市8家养老机构的224名养老护理员为研究对象.采用一般情况调查表、职业认知调查量表进行调查,对结果进行描述性统计分析、单因素分析、Spearman相关分析及回归分析.结果 离职意愿总分为(14.50 ±4.42)分,处于较高水平;职业认知总分为(109.25±15.85)分,与离职意愿呈负相关(P<0.01);职业认知各维度与离职意愿均呈负相关(P<0.01),其中职业认同、人际关系、工作满意度是离职意愿重要的预测变量.结论 养老机构养老护理员职业认知水平对离职意愿的影响较大,其中职业认同是最大影响因素.

Objective To investigate the status of occupational cognition and turnover intention among nursing staff in nursing home institutions in Ningbo and to analyze the relationship between them.Methods A total of 224 nursing staffs,who worked in 8 nursing home institutions in Ningbo,had been selected by convenient sampling method and investigate by general information scale and occupational cognition scale,and the result was analysed by descriptive statistical analysis,single factor analysis,Spearman relatively analysis and regression analysis.Results The total score of turnover intention was (14.50 ± 4.42),which was in a high level;the total score of occupation cognition was (109.25 ± 15.85),which was negatively correlated to the score of turnover intention (P < 0.01);each dimensions of occupation cognition was negatively correlated to turnover intention (P < 0.01),among which career identity,interpersonal relationship and job satisfaction were the influencing factors of turnover intention for nursing staffs.Conclusions The occupation cognition,especially career identity,has significant influence on the turnover intention of nursing staffs in nursing home institutions.
