目的：探讨低场强磁共振胆胰管成像（MRCP）对胆道梗阻疾病的诊断价值。方法：选取112例胆胰管梗阻疾病病人为研究对象，通过 MRCP 联合 MR 图像分析并得出诊断结果，将结果与临床诊断及手术病理诊断结果进行对比，分析定位诊断符合率和定性诊断率。结果：MRCP 联合常规检查手段对胆道梗阻定位诊断符合率为100％，定性符合率87．5％。结论：MRCP 是一项安全、简单、无创伤的胆道成像技术，结合常规 MRI 是诊断胆胰管疾病较好的影像检查方法。
목적：탐토저장강자공진담이관성상（MRCP）대담도경조질병적진단개치。방법：선취112례담이관경조질병병인위연구대상，통과 MRCP 연합 MR 도상분석병득출진단결과，장결과여림상진단급수술병리진단결과진행대비，분석정위진단부합솔화정성진단솔。결과：MRCP 연합상규검사수단대담도경조정위진단부합솔위100％，정성부합솔87．5％。결론：MRCP 시일항안전、간단、무창상적담도성상기술，결합상규 MRI 시진단담이관질병교호적영상검사방법。
Objective Evaluation of low field intensity magnetic resonance bile pancreatic duct imaging in the diagnosis of biliary obstruction disease.Methods ultrasound,CT or MRI in the diagnosis of MRCP inspections or suspected biliary obstructive disease patients,in combination with conventional MR images were analyzed the diagnosis results,compared with clinical and surgical patho-logic results.Results MRCP combined with conventional biliary obstruction localization diagnosis coincidence rate is 100%,the quali-tative coincidence rate of 87.5%.Conclusion MRCP is a safe,simple,and no traumatic biliary imaging technology,combined with conventional MRI diagnosis of bile pancreatic duct disease better imaging method.
