目的：观察自拟补肾颐年汤治疗男性更年期综合征（CSM）的临床疗效。方法：将66例男性更年期综合征患者按治疗方法不同，分为观察组与对照组各33例，观察组采取自拟补肾颐年汤治疗，对照组用十一酸睾酮胶丸治疗，比较两组 AMS 评分及治疗前后血清性激素变化情况。结果：治疗后观察组血清睾酮（T）明显低于对照组（P ＜0．05），黄体生成素（LH）、促卵泡激素（FSH）、雌二醇（E2）比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）；AMS 评分比较观察组明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：自拟补肾颐年汤治疗男性更年期综合征效果显著，可稳定血清睾酮水平，改善患者临床症状，具有一定的临床应用价值。
목적：관찰자의보신이년탕치료남성경년기종합정（CSM）적림상료효。방법：장66례남성경년기종합정환자안치료방법불동，분위관찰조여대조조각33례，관찰조채취자의보신이년탕치료，대조조용십일산고동효환치료，비교량조 AMS 평분급치료전후혈청성격소변화정황。결과：치료후관찰조혈청고동（T）명현저우대조조（P ＜0．05），황체생성소（LH）、촉란포격소（FSH）、자이순（E2）비교차이무통계학의의（P ＞0．05）；AMS 평분비교관찰조명현저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론：자의보신이년탕치료남성경년기종합정효과현저，가은정혈청고동수평，개선환자림상증상，구유일정적림상응용개치。
Objective to investigate the Yi Nian kidney-nourishing soup clinical curative effect of male climacteric syndrome (CSM).Methods 66 patients with male menopause syndrome according to the treatment is different,divided into observation group and the control group (n =33),the observation group to take the Yi Nian kidney-nourishing soup treatment,control group was treated with 11 acid testosterone capsule,comparing two groups of AMS scores and the changes of serum sex hormones before and after treat-ment.Results observation group after treatment serum testosterone (T)is lower than the control group obviously (P <0.05),lutein-izing hormone (LH),follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH),estradiol (E2)compare differences had no statistical significance (P >0.05);AMS group score comparative observation was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Yi Nian kidney-nourishing soup in treating male menopause syndrome effect is remarkable,but stable serum tes-tosterone levels,improve the clinical symptoms,has a certain clinical value.
