目的：对土萆四妙汤配合非布司他治疗痛风和（或）高尿酸血症疗效进行系统评估。方法选取我院2014年1月～2015年1月收治的有痛风症状的高尿酸血症患者120例进行分组治疗，其中对照组患者给予别嘌醇进行治疗，非布司他组患者给予单纯的非布司他进行治疗，联合组在非布司他治疗的基础上给予中药汤剂加土萆四妙汤联合应用进行治疗，检测患者的疗效性指标。结果在临床疗效指标的比较中，联合组的临床疗效高于非布司他单一用药组及对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论中药联合非布司他对痛风及高尿酸血症具有更好的临床应用价值。
목적：대토비사묘탕배합비포사타치료통풍화（혹）고뇨산혈증료효진행계통평고。방법선취아원2014년1월～2015년1월수치적유통풍증상적고뇨산혈증환자120례진행분조치료，기중대조조환자급여별표순진행치료，비포사타조환자급여단순적비포사타진행치료，연합조재비포사타치료적기출상급여중약탕제가토비사묘탕연합응용진행치료，검측환자적료효성지표。결과재림상료효지표적비교중，연합조적림상료효고우비포사타단일용약조급대조조，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。결론중약연합비포사타대통풍급고뇨산혈증구유경호적림상응용개치。
Objective System evaluation effect on tubisimiaotang combine with febuxostat in treatment of gout and (or) hyperuricemia. Methods Selected 120 cases of gout symptoms with hyperuricemia cases from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital, the control group were treated with allopurinol treatment, the febuxostat group was given a simple febuxostat treatment, decoction combined group was given on the basis of his treatment of febuxostat added the tubisimiaotang treatment, detection the effect index of patients. Results In comparative clinical indicators of the combination group efifcacy was higher than the febuxostat monotherapy group and the control group, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusions Chinese medicine combine with febuxostat has better clinical value of gout and hyperuricemia.
