目的:了解两种防压疮垫在高危压疮患者中应用效果,为优选及开发新防压疮设施提供依据。方法:将76例住院卧床患者采用掷硬币法随机分为对照组37例和观察组39例,对照组采用鱼跃YUYUE喷气式防压疮垫,观察组采用雅博9P-046520电动防压疮垫。观察两组头枕部、肩胛部、背部、骶尾部、肘部及足跟平均压强值及肤温。结果:观察组受压部位平均压强值低于对照组(P<0.01),受压部位皮肤温度低于对照组(P<0.01),压疮发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:使用雅博防压疮垫可更有效地降低受压部位的压强及高危压疮患者压疮发生率,效果优于鱼跃防压疮垫,值得临床推广。

목적:료해량충방압창점재고위압창환자중응용효과,위우선급개발신방압창설시제공의거。방법:장76례주원와상환자채용척경폐법수궤분위대조조37례화관찰조39례,대조조채용어약YUYUE분기식방압창점,관찰조채용아박9P-046520전동방압창점。관찰량조두침부、견갑부、배부、저미부、주부급족근평균압강치급부온。결과:관찰조수압부위평균압강치저우대조조(P<0.01),수압부위피부온도저우대조조(P<0.01),압창발생솔저우대조조(P<0.05)。결론:사용아박방압창점가경유효지강저수압부위적압강급고위압창환자압창발생솔,효과우우어약방압창점,치득림상추엄。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of two kinds of anti pressure ulcer pad used in the patients with high risk of pressure ulcer in order to provide the basis for the selection and development of new anti pressure ulcer facilities. Methods:76 hospitalized in-bed patients were randomly divided into the control group(n=37)and the observation group(n=39). The inflatable anti pressure ulcer pad was used in the control group and the electric anti pressure ulcer pad was used in the observation group. The average pressure value and skin temperature of occipitalia,scapular,back and sacrum region,elbow and heel was observed in the two groups. Results:The average pressure value of the pressed parts was lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0. 01);the skin temperature of the pressed parts was lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0. 01);the incidence of pressure ulcer was lower in the ob-servation group than the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The electric anti pressure ulcer pad can effectively reduce the pressure value of the pressed parts and the incidence of pressure ulcer.
