目的：观察切开复位钛钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法：选取跟骨骨折患者30例作为研究对象，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析，按照治疗方式不同分为对照组14例和观察组16例。对照组患者采用撬拨复位克氏针固定治疗，观察组患者采用切开复位钛钢板内固定术治疗，对比两组临床效果。结果：两组治疗前 Gissane 角与 Boler 角对比差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05），治疗后观察组明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。观察组治疗优良率为93．8％，明显优于对照组的71．4％，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；结论：切开复位钛钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折患者临床疗效较好，值得临床推广应用。
목적：관찰절개복위태강판내고정치료근골골절적림상료효。방법：선취근골골절환자30례작위연구대상，대기림상자료진행회고성분석，안조치료방식불동분위대조조14례화관찰조16례。대조조환자채용효발복위극씨침고정치료，관찰조환자채용절개복위태강판내고정술치료，대비량조림상효과。결과：량조치료전 Gissane 각여 Boler 각대비차이무통계학의의（P ＞0．05），치료후관찰조명현우우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。관찰조치료우량솔위93．8％，명현우우대조조적71．4％，차이구유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）；결론：절개복위태강판내고정치료근골골절환자림상료효교호，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To approach result of treatment calcaneal fractures by open reduction and titanium plate fixation.Method Select 30 cases calcaneal fractures patients as the research object.clinical data were retrospective analysed.Which was to be divided into two groups,control group 14 cases used needle was prying reset,the detection group used open reduction and titanium plate fixa-tion,the two groups clinical result were compared.Result The Gissane angle and Boler angle of two groups before treatment were no difference (P >0.05),after treatment the Gissane angle and Boler angle of detection group were bigger than control group ,the difference were statistical significance (P <0.05).The rate of good treatment of total of detection group was 93.8%,the rate of good treatment of total of control group was 71.4%,the difference of two groups were obviously,which has statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment result of calcaneal fractures by open reduction and titanium plate fixation are obviously,Gissane angle and Boler angle are increased,which is to be used.
