分析冷藏箱类动车组车内配件柜的现有装配工艺,设计一款集搬运和抬升功能为一体的小车来解决原有搬运过程中需要进行2次翻转、人工抬升到位的问题。小车采用凹型底架承载配件柜和4个宽厚的尼龙车轮,以满足动车组内部空间和地板单位面积承载限制;配备液压缸驱动、链轮传动装置,实现配件柜的抬升;采用横向滚轴,便于配件柜的横向推送。分析小车关键尺寸的选取,对受载升降过程中的上、下车体进行受力分析,采用有限元分析软件分别模拟计算轮面对地板的压应力和受载时车架的应力。研制的样车已应用现场作业,能实现预定功能,降低劳动强度,提高工作效率。

The existing assembly process of EMU cabinet accessories such as refrigerated containers was ana-lyzed,and a set of handling car with lifting function was designed to solve the problem of putting parts in place after twice turnover and artificial lifting.The handling car with four broaden nylon wheels and concave chassis satisfy the limit of EMU interior space and floor load.To realize the cabinet accessories uplifting,the hydraulic cylinder driving device and the chain wheel transmission device were equipped.The transverse roller was used to make the cabinet accessories lateral pushing more convenient.The selection of car's key dimensions was analyzed and the forces were discussed for car's two bodies in the lifting process with loads.This paper used finite element analysis software to compute the compressive stress between the wheel and floor,and calculated the structure stress of the car bodies while loading on it.The manufactured prototype has been used on site,which can a-chieve the expected function,and reduce the labor intensity and improved the work efficiency.
