目的：探讨预防和控制白血病患儿口腔感染的护理方法。方法2013年1月至2015年2月我院收治的60例急性淋巴细胞性白血病（ALL）患儿（试验组），应用循证护理方法进行口腔护理以预防口腔感染；与2010年1月至2012年12月采用常规护理方法进行口腔护理的60例 ALL 患儿（对照组）的口腔感染发生率进行比较，两组均未采用任何药物预防口腔感染。比较两组患儿的口腔感染发生率。结果试验组患儿口腔感染发生率明显低于对照组（P ＜0．05），差异有统计学意义。结论循证护理是一种理想的护理模式，能有效减少或避免白血病患儿口腔感染的发生。

Objective To investigate the nursing method in the prevention and control of oral infections in children with leuke -mia.Methods From January 2013 to February 2015,60 cases of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) were included as a test group.In order to prevent the oral infections ,evidence-based nursing method was applied for oral nursing .Sixty cases of children with ALL from January 2010 to February 2012 were treated with conventional oral nursing method were used as a control group .The in-cidence of oral infections between the two groups was compared .Results The oral infection rate in the test group was significantly low -er than that in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing is an ideal nursing mode since it can effectively re -duce or prevent the oral infection in children with leukemia .
