目的：分析研究血液标本采集相关因素对血液生化检验结果的影响。方法：选取我院2014年1月至2014年8月行血液生化检验的患者270例，分析不同的采血时间、采血部位、标本溶血以及送检时间对生化检验结果的影响。结果：清晨空腹采血、与静脉输液异侧部采血精确度更高，采血后尽快送检、避免溶血，在提高临床血液检验结果的准确性方面至关重要。结论：采血部位、时间、送检时间等均易对血液生化检验结果产生影响，为提高临床血液检验结果的准确性，需在采集标本的以上几个方面进行质量控制。

Objective To analyze the study of blood samples were collected for biochemical factors influence the test results. Methods 270 cases in our hospital from January 2014 to August 2014 the patient's blood biochemical tests of the line, the analysis of different sampling time, blood collection site, hemolysis and the impact of inspection time on biochemical test results. Results Fasting blood, venous blood transfusion different side of the greater accuracy of examination as soon as possible after the blood, avoid hemolysis, it is essential in improving the clinical accuracy of the blood test results. Conclusion The blood collection site, time, inspection time etc. easy to produce effects on blood biochemical test results, to improve the accuracy of clinical blood test results, the need for quality control in the collection of samples of the above aspects.
