目的:研究鸡骨香提取物的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:采用二甲苯实验、毛细血管通透性实验、角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀实验观察抗炎作用;采用醋酸扭体实验、热板实验观察镇痛作用。结果:鸡骨香醇提物、水提物能抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、醋酸致小鼠毛细血管通透性增加、角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀,醇提物作用显著优于水提物;醇提物能明显延长醋酸致小鼠扭体反应潜伏期,醇提物、水提物能减少醋酸致小鼠扭体次数、对小鼠热板实验痛阈值无显著影响。结论:鸡骨香醇提物和水提物均有抗炎、抗外周性疼痛作用,醇提物的抗炎镇痛作用优于水提物。

목적:연구계골향제취물적항염진통작용。방법:채용이갑분실험、모세혈관통투성실험、각차채효치대서족종창실험관찰항염작용;채용작산뉴체실험、열판실험관찰진통작용。결과:계골향순제물、수제물능억제이갑분치소서이종창、작산치소서모세혈관통투성증가、각차채효치대서족종창,순제물작용현저우우수제물;순제물능명현연장작산치소서뉴체반응잠복기,순제물、수제물능감소작산치소서뉴체차수、대소서열판실험통역치무현저영향。결론:계골향순제물화수제물균유항염、항외주성동통작용,순제물적항염진통작용우우수제물。
Objective To observe the anti -inflammatory and anti -nociceptive effects of Croton crassifolius extract.Methods An-ti -inflammatory effects were assessed by three models:xylene -induced ear swelling in mice,acetic acid -induced capillary permea-bility accentuation in mice and carrageenan -induced edema of the hind paw in rats.Anti -nociception was evaluated in mice using a hot -plate test and an acetic acid -induced writhing test.Results Compared with the model group,C.crassifolius showed the inhibitory effect on xylene -induced ear swelling in mice,suppressed acetic acid -induced capillary permeability accentuation in mice and carra-geenan -induced paw edema.C.crassifolius showed no significant anti -nociceptive activity in the hot -plate test,however,it signifi-cantly reduced acetic acid -induced writhing,the ethanol extract also prolonged writhing latency.Conclusion C.crassifolius demon-strates significant anti -inflammatory and peripheral anti -nociceptive effects,the effects of ethanol extract were better than that of wa-ter extract.
