目的：观察并分析针灸推拿为主改善急性脑梗死患肢下肢关节活动度的作用。方法：选择2013年6月-2014年7月笔者所在医院接诊的124例确诊为急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象。按照随机数表法将124例患者分为观察组(针灸推拿)和对照组(西医治疗)，每组62例，观察并比较两组的疗效。结果：观察组患者治疗总有效率和下肢关节活动度均显著高于对照组患者，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：针灸推拿对改善急性脑梗死患肢下肢关节活动度有十分显著的疗效。

목적：관찰병분석침구추나위주개선급성뇌경사환지하지관절활동도적작용。방법：선택2013년6월-2014년7월필자소재의원접진적124례학진위급성뇌경사환자작위연구대상。안조수궤수표법장124례환자분위관찰조(침구추나)화대조조(서의치료)，매조62례，관찰병비교량조적료효。결과：관찰조환자치료총유효솔화하지관절활동도균현저고우대조조환자，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：침구추나대개선급성뇌경사환지하지관절활동도유십분현저적료효。
Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of the main acupuncture and massage to improve lower extremity range of motion of acute cerebral infarction.Method:From June 2013 to July 2014 in our hospital 124 patients diagnosed with acute cerebral infarction were selected as the study objects.According to a random number table method,124 patients were randomly divided into the observation group(acupuncture and massage) and the control group(western medicine),62 cases in each group,the effects of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate and lower extremity joint activity of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through acupuncture and massage to improve lower extremity limb acute cerebral infarction joint activity has a very significant effect.
