党的十八大以来，习近平总书记就农业、农村、农民问题发表了一系列的重要讲话。农业问题，主要讲了农业的重要性、粮食安全、食品安全、农业现代化四个方面；农民问题，主要讲了农民同步进入小康、促进农民增收几个方面；农村问题，主要讲了把农村建设成为农民幸福生活的美好家园、城镇化和新农村建设同步发展几个方面。这些观点对我们做好“三农”工作，推进“四化”同步发展，实现中国梦，具有重要指导意义。

General Secretary Xi Jinping has issued a series of important speeches on the agriculture,countryside and peasants since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC. The speeches involve,in respect of agriculture, the importance of agriculture,grain safety,food safety,and agricultural modernization;in respect of peasants,the peasants’entering the well-off society together with other people and promoting the increase of peasants’in-comes;and in respect of the countryside,building the countryside into a happy home for the peasants’happy life,and the simultaneous development of suburbanization and new countryside construction. These views provide an important guide for us to do well the work regarding“agriculture,countryside and peasants”,promote the syn-chronous development of the“four modernizations”,and realize the Chinese Dream.
