在建筑工程建设中，工程招投标是一个重要的环节，在保证工程的施工质量、减少工程投资等方面具有重要意义。当前，在实际的工程管理过程中，招投标工作还缺乏一定的规范性，违规操作现象依然存在，还需要进一步提高招投标工作的管理力度。基于此，本文概述了建筑工程招投标的特点，对建筑工程招投标存在的问题进行探讨，并提出一些建设性意见，以期提供参考。

Engineering bidding is an important link in engineering construction, it is of great significance in both guaran?teeing the construction quality and reducing the investment of the project. Currently, there is still lack of a definite stan?dard in the bidding work in actual process of project management, and illegal operation phenomenon still exists, therefore it's necessary to further enhance the management intensity of bidding work. Based on this, this article summarizes the characteristics of construction engineering bidding, probes into the problems existing in the bidding process of construc?tion engineering and then puts forward some constructive suggestions, so as to provide some reference for people in the same domain.
