随着我国国民经济的不断快速发展，国内各大园区基础设施建设呈现蓬勃发展局面，但园区基础设施建设方向仍存在着诸多问题。本文针对园区基础设施的发展提出一种全新的建筑模式——PPP模式，以该模式参与园区的基础建设发展，重点讨论PPP模式在园区基础设施建设中的积极作用，分析PPP模式在园区建设中存在的问题，并提出相应对策，以期提供参考。

Along with the continuous and rapid development of our country's national economy, the infrastructure construc?tion of each domestic park presents an prosperous situation, yet there are still a lot of problems existing in the infrastruc?ture construction directions of parks. Against the development of park infrastructure, the article puts forward a new archi?tecture mode--PPP mode, with which to take part in the development of park infrastructure construction. It puts the em?phasis on PPP mode's positive role in the construction of park infrastructure, analyzes the problems of PPP mode in park construction, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures, hoping to provide some reference.
