目的：观察丁苯酞软胶囊联合依达拉奉治疗脑梗塞的临床效果。方法选取110例脑梗塞患者，将其随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各55例。对照组采用依达拉奉治疗，治疗组采用丁苯酞软胶囊联合依达拉奉治疗，对比两组的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床疗效92.7％优于对照组81.8％，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。两组不良反应发生率差异不显著，P＞0.05，差异不具有统计学意义。结论采用丁苯酞软胶囊联合依达拉奉治疗脑梗塞效果显著，安全性高。
목적：관찰정분태연효낭연합의체랍봉치료뇌경새적림상효과。방법선취110례뇌경새환자，장기수궤분위대조조화치료조，매조각55례。대조조채용의체랍봉치료，치료조채용정분태연효낭연합의체랍봉치료，대비량조적림상료효급불량반응발생정황。결과관찰조림상료효92.7％우우대조조81.8％，P＜0.05，차이구유통계학의의。량조불량반응발생솔차이불현저，P＞0.05，차이불구유통계학의의。결론채용정분태연효낭연합의체랍봉치료뇌경새효과현저，안전성고。
Objective Observation the clinical effect on butylphthalide soft capsules combine with edaravone in treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods Selected 110 cases with cerebral infarction, divided into control group and treatment group randomly, each group had 55 cases. The control group were treated with edaravone treatment, treatment group were treated with butylphthalide soft capsules combined with edaravone in treatment, and the incidence of adverse reaction of contrast the clinical efifcacy of the two groups. Results The clinical curative effect on observation group 92.7%was better than the control group 81.8%, P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. adverse reaction rate between the two groups, P>0.05, had no difference statistically significance. Conclusion The butylphthalide soft capsules combined with edaravone in treatment of cerebral infarction has signiifcant effect and high safety.
