为提高根茎冰草在沙漠化草地中的生长速度及利用效率,本试验通过大田施肥试验(施氮肥量分别为0、8、16、24、32 kg/亩),对根茎冰草的生长、生殖及养分积累特征进行了研究。结果表明,随着氮肥的增加,根茎冰草生物量、生殖比及茎叶比均呈单峰曲线,并在16 kg/亩施肥量时生物量达到最大值;单穗小花数、单穗重、种子百粒重、成熟种子数等均呈显著增加趋势,在32kg/亩施肥量时达到高峰值,分别比对照组提高83.6%、127.4%、136.2%、33.1%。根茎冰草的养分积累量随着施肥量的增加呈上升趋势,各养分含量在施氮肥量为32 kg/亩时达到高峰值。其中,植物粗蛋白质、粗纤维及钙含量增加较快,而粗灰分和磷含量增加缓慢,粗脂肪含量增加速度居中。

위제고근경빙초재사막화초지중적생장속도급이용효솔,본시험통과대전시비시험(시담비량분별위0、8、16、24、32 kg/무),대근경빙초적생장、생식급양분적루특정진행료연구。결과표명,수착담비적증가,근경빙초생물량、생식비급경협비균정단봉곡선,병재16 kg/무시비량시생물량체도최대치;단수소화수、단수중、충자백립중、성숙충자수등균정현저증가추세,재32kg/무시비량시체도고봉치,분별비대조조제고83.6%、127.4%、136.2%、33.1%。근경빙초적양분적루량수착시비량적증가정상승추세,각양분함량재시담비량위32 kg/무시체도고봉치。기중,식물조단백질、조섬유급개함량증가교쾌,이조회분화린함량증가완만,조지방함량증가속도거중。
In order to improve the growth and use efficiency of A.michnoi in desertification grassland,in this study, through the field fertilization experiment (nitrogen fertilizer amount were 0,8,16,24,32 kg/mu,respectively),the charac1-teristics of growth,reproduction and nutrient accumulation of A.michnoi were studied.The results showed that,the biomass, reproductive ratio and the ratio of stem and leaf of A.michnoi showed a single peak curve with the increasing of nitrogen, and the maximum biomass was appeared in 16 kg/mu of fertilization level.And the number of spikelets of per panicle ,the weight of panicle,100-grain weight and the number of mature seeds in a panicle were showed significant growth trends, and reached the peak at 32 kg/mu fertilization level,which was 83.6%,127.4%,136.2%,33.1% higher than those of control group.The nutrients accumulation of A.michnoi showed rising trends by fertilization,and reached the maximum at 32 kg/mu fertilization level.The crude protein,the crude fiber and the calcium content of plants increased rapidly,and the crude ash and phosphorus contents increased slowly,and the crude fat of plants was middle.
