采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)方法检测约克夏猪和藏猪血清中脂联素和胰岛素的含量,并分析了其与肌内脂肪含量的关系。结果表明,约克夏猪和藏猪血清中脂联素含量分别为(62.59±5.51)μg/L和(87.79±1.97)μg/L,呈极显著差异(P<0.01);胰岛素含量分别为(48.48±3.17) mIU/L和(47.41±0.94) mIU/L;肌内脂肪含量分别为(2.50±0.24)%和(5.48±0.44)%。相关性分析显示,脂联素水平与肌内脂肪含量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),说明脂联素可通过血液正向调控肌内脂肪含量,初步阐明了猪血清中脂联素的品种差异及其与肌内脂肪含量的关系,为深入研究猪肌内脂肪沉积机理提供基础数据。

Detect the adiponectin and insulin content of Yorkshire and Tibetan pigs by enzyme-linked im-munosorbent assay(ELISA) and analyze its relationship with intramuscular fat content.The results showed that the adiponectin content of Yorkshire pigs and Tibetan pigs respectively were (62.59±5.51)μg/L and (87.79±1.97)μg/L, there was a significant difference (P<0.01);the insulin content respectively were(48.48±3.17) mIU/L and (47.41±0.94) mIU/L;intramuscular fat contents respectively were (2.50 ±0.24)% and (5.48 ±0.44)%.The correlation analysis showed that adiponectin and intramuscular fat content was significantly negatively correlated(P<0.01),adiponectin can positive regulation of intramuscular fat content by blood,which preliminary clarify the difference of adiponectin between varieties and the relationship with intramuscular fat content,it provide basic datas for re-searching deposition mechanism of pigs intramuscular fat content.
