目的：探讨大剂量甲钴胺片联合卡马西平治疗特发性三叉神经痛患者的临床疗效。方法收集2013年1月至2015年1月阜新市中心医院神经内科收治的特发性三叉神经痛患者资料100例，按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，各50例。对照组患者使用卡马西平，观察组患者在对照组基础上加用大剂量甲钴胺片。比较两组患者的临床疗效、视觉模拟量表（VAS）评分以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者治疗有效率为92.0%，明显高于对照组的70.0%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，观察组患者的 VAS 评分、不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论大剂量甲钴胺片联合卡马西平治疗特发性三叉神经痛患者的疗效明显，可有效缓解疼痛，降低不良反应发生率，安全可靠。
목적：탐토대제량갑고알편연합잡마서평치료특발성삼차신경통환자적림상료효。방법수집2013년1월지2015년1월부신시중심의원신경내과수치적특발성삼차신경통환자자료100례，안수궤수자표법장기분위대조조화관찰조，각50례。대조조환자사용잡마서평，관찰조환자재대조조기출상가용대제량갑고알편。비교량조환자적림상료효、시각모의량표（VAS）평분이급불량반응발생솔。결과관찰조환자치료유효솔위92.0%，명현고우대조조적70.0%，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；치료후，관찰조환자적 VAS 평분、불량반응발생솔균명현저우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（균P＜0.05）。결론대제량갑고알편연합잡마서평치료특발성삼차신경통환자적료효명현，가유효완해동통，강저불량반응발생솔，안전가고。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of large dose of Mecobalamin Tablets combined with C Masi Bing in the treatment of idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia.Methods From January 2013 to January 2015,100 patients with idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,and the observation group was 50 cases.The control group was treated with carbamazepine and clinical observation of patients in the control group based on the use of mecobalamin tablets,compared two groups of patients and visual analogue score(VAS)scores and adverse reactions of total occurred rate.Results Study of groups of patients with clinical total effective rate was 92.0%,significantly higher than that of 70.0% in the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05);after treatment was observed in the group of patients with VAS score,adverse reaction total incidence were significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The high dose Mecobalamin tablets and carbamazepine were used together,can improve on idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia treatment effect,effectively aleviate the pain, reduce the incidence of adverse reaction,safe and reliable.
