目的：观察评价临床护理路径在小儿肺炎护理中的临床实施效果。方法常规组与观察组各纳入患儿122例，前者给予常规护理，后者按照临床护理路径护理。结果观察组湿罗音持续时间低于常规组，观察组住院时间延长率、并发率低于常规组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论路径管理有助于缩短小儿肺炎住院时间，加速患儿康复。

목적：관찰평개림상호리로경재소인폐염호리중적림상실시효과。방법상규조여관찰조각납입환인122례，전자급여상규호리，후자안조림상호리로경호리。결과관찰조습라음지속시간저우상규조，관찰조주원시간연장솔、병발솔저우상규조，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론로경관리유조우축단소인폐염주원시간，가속환인강복。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of nursing pathway in nursing care of children with pneumonia.Methods122 cases were included in the normal group and the observation group,the former was given conventional nursing,the latter was treated by clinical nursing pathway.Results Observation group of wet rales continuous time was lower than the normal group,and the observation group’hospitalization time extension rate, complication rate was lower than the normal group,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway can shorten hospitalization time and accelerate rehabilitation of children with pneumonia.
