随着全球经济一体化的进程的快速推进和市场经济的迅速发展，国内衡器产品的出口贸易额逐年递增。同时，在衡器产品出口贸易过程中，我们也看到国内企业经受了来自国外技术性贸易壁垒的种种限制。企业仅仅依靠国内技术的自身优化和完善在国际市场上已经难以取得竞争优势。放眼国际，深入了解国外的电子衡器技术现状，进而谋求对策已成为国内衡器产品突破各国技术性贸易壁垒的一种有效手段。

Article abstract: With the rapid progress of globalization and fast development of market economy, the export trade volume of China's weighing instrument increased yearly. Meanwhile, we also witnessed that Chinese enterprises encountered with kinds of restrictions from overseas technical barriers to trade (TBT) when exporting weighing instrument. An enterprise has been getting increasingly difficult to obtain competitive advantage merely by its self-optimization and self-improvement upon domestic technologies. Looking around the world, gaining insight into status quo of technology of foreign electronic weighing instrument and then seeking countermeasures has been becoming an effective way to breakthrough TBT.
