目的:优选山楂内消分散片中药材的最佳提取工艺。方法以正交试验法为核心,结合提取液中熊果酸的总含量以及总固体得率对优选山楂内消分散片中药材的提取工艺进行评判。结果较为理想的药材提取工艺:加水9倍,并先后2次提取,1 h/次。结论优选山楂内消分散片中药材的提取工艺各活性部位具有较高提取率,且利于操作,方便生产。

목적:우선산사내소분산편중약재적최가제취공예。방법이정교시험법위핵심,결합제취액중웅과산적총함량이급총고체득솔대우선산사내소분산편중약재적제취공예진행평판。결과교위이상적약재제취공예:가수9배,병선후2차제취,1 h/차。결론우선산사내소분산편중약재적제취공예각활성부위구유교고제취솔,차리우조작,방편생산。
Objective The technology of optimal extraction for shanzha neixiao dispersible tablets is investigated in this study.Methods Orthogonal experiment method was employedfor selecting the optimum of extraction techn- ology by coligation score and the indexes of the contents of ursolic acid and total solid matters in water extraction. Results Nine volumes of water,extracting 2 times with one hour for each time was considered the optimum extraction technology of herbs.Conclusion The considerable extraction rate of active components in the drugs is achieved by applying the selected technology,and the simple method is fit for production.
