物资计量是企业管理和生产管理的重要一环。计量是企业的“管家”，计量就是“计钱”。市场经济条件下，物质计量，是市场各方“夹击”的一个重要目标。物质供需双方都想千方百计利用“计量”为已“谋利”，甚或有不法行为。在物资计量中，弄虚作假现象，会时有发生。物资计量中会存在“人，机，料，方，环”方面的薄弱环节或漏洞。企业需要采取防御措施，“堵住源头，明细过程，排除干扰”，防伪打假反作弊。
