目的：探讨导乐陪伴分娩对产妇分娩的影响。方法选取2014年6~12月在本院进行分娩的100例初产妇，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，每组50例。观察组产妇采用导乐陪伴分娩，对照组产妇采用一般常规分娩。比较两组产妇的阴道分娩率、产程时间及分娩疼痛程度等指标。结果观察组产妇的阴道分娩率显著高于对照组，且第1、2产程时间显著短于对照组，分娩疼痛程度也低于对照组，两组差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论对产妇实施导乐陪伴分娩具有重要的临床意义，其可提高产妇的顺产率、缩短产程并缓解分娩疼痛，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토도악배반분면대산부분면적영향。방법선취2014년6~12월재본원진행분면적100례초산부，장기수궤분위관찰조여대조조，매조50례。관찰조산부채용도악배반분면，대조조산부채용일반상규분면。비교량조산부적음도분면솔、산정시간급분면동통정도등지표。결과관찰조산부적음도분면솔현저고우대조조，차제1、2산정시간현저단우대조조，분면동통정도야저우대조조，량조차이유통계의의(P<0.05)。결론대산부실시도악배반분면구유중요적림상의의，기가제고산부적순산솔、축단산정병완해분면동통，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the influence of doula delivery on maternal childbirth. Methods 100 puerperae deliv-ered in our hospital from June to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and con-trol group,50 cases in each group.In the observation group,doula accompanied delivery was applied,while in the control group,general routine delivery was adopted.The vaginal delivery rate,duration of stages of labor and delivery pain de-grees in the two groups were compared. Results The vaginal delivery rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The duration of first and second stages of labor in the observation group signifi-cantly shorter than of the control group.Delivery pain degree in the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementation of doula accompanied delivery has an im-portant clinical significance on increasing maternal natural labor rate,shortening stage of labor and alleviating delivery pain,it is worthy of clinic application.
