高校开设“形势与政策”课的目的是通过对学生进行形势与政策教育从而提高大学生的思想政治素质。可遗憾的是，由于一些主观和客观的原因，部分高校该课程的教学效果同国家教育部的要求还有一定的差距。找出“形势与政策”课在教学中存在的不足，加强这门课的教育教学对于培养大学生的爱国爱民情怀具有重要作用，也是全面提高大学生综合素质所必需的。

The purpose of setting up the course "Situation and Policy"is to implement the situation and policy education of uni-versity students, so as to improve their ideological and political quality. Unfortunately, due to some subjective and objective rea-sons, there is still a certain gap between the teaching effect of the course in some colleges and universities and the requirements of Ministry of Education. To find the shortcomings existing in the teaching of"Situation and Policy", and strengthen the education and teaching of the course plays an important role in both culti-vating university students' patriotic feelings, and comprehensively improving the comprehensive quality of university students.
