目的：调查分析骨科Ⅰ类手术患者切口感染的主要影响因素，为降低骨科Ⅰ类手术切口感染率提供参考依据。方法选取2013年4月—2014年3月在我院骨科进行Ⅰ类手术治疗的851例患者，对其手术相关因素及术后感染情况进行统计分析，探讨防治切口感染的措施。结果851例骨科Ⅰ类手术患者中有10例发生手术部位感染，感染率为1.18%。老年患者、切口手术风险分级标准（NNIS）分级高者、急诊手术、有植入物者、手术时间长以及住院时间长是导致手术部位感染发生的相关因素（P<0.05）。结论骨科Ⅰ类手术切口感染的影响因素很多，应结合患者自身情况，严格掌握每一个操作环节，采取严密的预防控制措施，尽可能减少其发生。
목적：조사분석골과Ⅰ류수술환자절구감염적주요영향인소，위강저골과Ⅰ류수술절구감염솔제공삼고의거。방법선취2013년4월—2014년3월재아원골과진행Ⅰ류수술치료적851례환자，대기수술상관인소급술후감염정황진행통계분석，탐토방치절구감염적조시。결과851례골과Ⅰ류수술환자중유10례발생수술부위감염，감염솔위1.18%。노년환자、절구수술풍험분급표준（NNIS）분급고자、급진수술、유식입물자、수술시간장이급주원시간장시도치수술부위감염발생적상관인소（P<0.05）。결론골과Ⅰ류수술절구감염적영향인소흔다，응결합환자자신정황，엄격장악매일개조작배절，채취엄밀적예방공제조시，진가능감소기발생。
ObjectiveAnalysis the orthopaedic Ⅰclass main influencing factor of the surgical incision infection,in order to reduce the orthopaedic Ⅰprovides some references for the type of incision infection rate.Methods Select in April 2013—March 2014 in our hospital orthopaedic Ⅰkind of surgical treatment of 851 patients,the factors related to the operation and postoperative infections were statistical analysis,according to the risk factors to explore measures of prevention and treatment of infection of incision.ResultsIn 851 patients with orthopedics Ⅰclass has 10 cases of surgical site infection,infection rate was 1.18%.Elderly patients,incision NNIS grading the most high,emergency surgery,have implants,long operation time and hospitalization time elder can result in the incidence of surgical site infections(P<0.05).ConclusionIn orthopaedic Ⅰclass are many factors that affect the incision surgical site infection,we should combine the patient's own situation,strictly control each operation link,tight prevention and control measures,minimize the orthopaedic Ⅰtype of incision infection.
