目的:分析探讨健康教育干预对心外科病区满意度的影响。方法1000例住院患者随机分为实验组与对照组,分别采取不同的健康教育方法,对其护理满意度进行调查对比。结果实验组和对照组满意度分别为(102.20±8.08)分和(91.12±12.43)分,差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过健康教育干预,对提高心外科患者满意度有积极的作用。

ObjectiveTo analyze and discuss the effect health education intervention on satisfaction degree of cardiac surgery ward.Methods 1 000 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and to take different health education methods, to compare the satisfaction degree of nursing. ResultsThe average score of satisfaction degree in experimental group and control group were respectively (102.20±8.08) and (91.12±12.43),and the differences had statistical significance(P< 0.05).ConclusionHealth education intervention has positive effect on improving the satisfaction degree of patients with cardiac surgery.
