目的:探讨胃癌组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和整合素连接激酶(ILK)的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法应用免疫组化SABC法检测48例胃癌组织中VEGF和ILK的表达情况,利用SPSS 19.0统计软件分析VEGF和ILK的差异性及相关性。结果 VEGF和ILK在胃癌组织中的表达阳性率依次为56.2%(27/48)、37.5%(18/48)。随着肿瘤浸润深度加深及出现淋巴结转移,两者的阳性表达率明显升高(P<0.05);VEGF和ILK在Ⅲ、Ⅳ期胃癌中的阳性表达率明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期(P<0.01),且与患者的性别及年龄无关(P>0.05)。 VEGF和ILK在胃癌组织中的表达呈正相关(r=0.379,P<0.05)。结论 VEGF和ILK的持续递增式表达提示其可能参与了胃癌的生长、侵袭和转移过程。 VEGF和ILK在胃癌中的表达存在正相关,ILK可能通过信号转导途径启动VEGF的表达,促进肿瘤早期的血管发生和形成。

목적:탐토위암조직중혈관내피생장인자(VEGF)화정합소련접격매(ILK)적표체급기여림상병리특정적관계。방법응용면역조화SABC법검측48례위암조직중VEGF화ILK적표체정황,이용SPSS 19.0통계연건분석VEGF화ILK적차이성급상관성。결과 VEGF화ILK재위암조직중적표체양성솔의차위56.2%(27/48)、37.5%(18/48)。수착종류침윤심도가심급출현림파결전이,량자적양성표체솔명현승고(P<0.05);VEGF화ILK재Ⅲ、Ⅳ기위암중적양성표체솔명현고우Ⅰ、Ⅱ기(P<0.01),차여환자적성별급년령무관(P>0.05)。 VEGF화ILK재위암조직중적표체정정상관(r=0.379,P<0.05)。결론 VEGF화ILK적지속체증식표체제시기가능삼여료위암적생장、침습화전이과정。 VEGF화ILK재위암중적표체존재정상관,ILK가능통과신호전도도경계동VEGF적표체,촉진종류조기적혈관발생화형성。
Objective To explore the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and integrin-linked ki-nase (ILK) in gastric cancer tissue and their relationships with clinicopathological features. Methods Expressions of VEGF and ILK from gastric cancer tissue in 48 patients were detected by immunohistochemical strept avidin-biotin complex (SABC).The difference and correlation between VEGF and ILK were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 statistical soft-ware. Results The positive expression rates of VEGF and ILK in gastric cancer tissue were 56.2% (27/48) and 37.5%(18/48) respectively.With deepening of depth of tumor invasion and lymphatic metastasis,the positive expression rates in the two indexes were greatly increased (P<0.05).The positive expression rates in gastric cancer tissue at stage Ⅲ andⅣ were much higher than those at stage Ⅰand II (P<0.01).There was no relationship between positive expression rate and gender or age (P>0.05).Expression of VEGF had a positive correlation with ILK one (r=0.379,P<0.05). Conclusion The continuous incremental expressions of VEGF and ILK indicate that they may participate in the growth,invasion,and metastasis.VEGF has a positive correlation with ILK in the expression in gastric cancer patients.Expression of VEGF is activated by signal transduction pathway in ILK which promotes early angiogenesis and formation in tumor.
