Due to the lack of systematic study of educational the-ory at pre-service period, young teachers at local colleges have many misconceptions on teaching. These misunderstandings di-rectly restrict young teachers' teaching behaviors and influence the effect of classroom teaching. Young teachers need to strengthen the study of educational theory, improve the con-sciousness of teaching reflection and teaching skills, so as to im-prove classroom teaching quality.
