针对风光储系统建设初期的配置优化问题，提出了运用粒子群优化（ PSO）算法进行目标函数寻优。 PSO算法对电力系统问题具有良好的准确度和较快的收敛速度，在基本PSO算法中运用迁徙策略，避免了PSO早熟现象的发生。标准测试函数仿真试验表明，迁徙型PSO算法在估算风光储系统投资成本领域具有高效性和可行性。

In order to evaluate the economic cost of independent hybrid power system , with consideration of investment and maintain costs .This paper adopts the PSO to solve the proposed objective function .The PSO can deal with the difficult problems and possesses such advantages as high accuracy and fast converge .While during the late search proceeding , a new method is applied to effectively avoid the premature of PSO .The Matlab simulation shows its feasibility and practicability .
