目的：深入研究舒适护理对老年慢性阻塞性肺病患者的影响。方法选取于2012年9月～2015年4月期间在我院接受治疗的54例慢阻肺患者，将患者随机分为对照组（26例）和观察组（28例）进行对照研究，观察比较常规护理和舒适护理的效果。结果观察组患者的社交活动、日常生活评分均高于对照组，焦虑抑郁评分均低于对照组；同时观察组患者的住院时间短于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论舒适护理能够提高老年慢阻肺患者的生活质量，促进患者的早日康复。

목적：심입연구서괄호리대노년만성조새성폐병환자적영향。방법선취우2012년9월～2015년4월기간재아원접수치료적54례만조폐환자，장환자수궤분위대조조（26례）화관찰조（28례）진행대조연구，관찰비교상규호리화서괄호리적효과。결과관찰조환자적사교활동、일상생활평분균고우대조조，초필억욱평분균저우대조조；동시관찰조환자적주원시간단우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론서괄호리능구제고노년만조폐환자적생활질량，촉진환자적조일강복。
Objective Comfortable nursing’impact on elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is to be studied.Methods 54 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were treated in hospital from September 2012 to April 2015 and separated them into control group (26 patients) and study group (28 patients) and then observed and compared patients’nursing effects of conventional nursing and comfortable nursing between two groups.ResultsPatients’assessment scores in terms of social activity and daily life in study group were much higher than counterparts in control group, but patients’anxiety assessment score in study group was lower.In the meanwhile, patients’ hospitalization days on average in study group were much shorter than that in control group.There is a treatment differential between two groups and such the differential had statistic value (P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing is of efficacy in treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.It is significant and important for patients’ quick recovery.
