目的：调查分析重度伤残荣誉军人抑郁症患病的情况。方法采用抑郁自评量表( Self-Rating Depres-sion Scale ，SDS )以问卷形式对伤残荣誉军人29人进行抑郁测评分析，并提出保健措施。结果调查共29人，有效问卷28份，调查无抑郁情绪为10人，占36%，有抑郁情绪为18人，占64%，其中轻微至轻度抑郁为6人，中至重度抑郁为10人，重度抑郁的为2人。结论重度伤残荣誉军人在荣军医院期间需要医疗机构高度重视，要加强医疗保障、心理干预，降低抑郁症患病率。
목적：조사분석중도상잔영예군인억욱증환병적정황。방법채용억욱자평량표( Self-Rating Depres-sion Scale ，SDS )이문권형식대상잔영예군인29인진행억욱측평분석，병제출보건조시。결과조사공29인，유효문권28빈，조사무억욱정서위10인，점36%，유억욱정서위18인，점64%，기중경미지경도억욱위6인，중지중도억욱위10인，중도억욱적위2인。결론중도상잔영예군인재영군의원기간수요의료궤구고도중시，요가강의료보장、심리간예，강저억욱증환병솔。
Objective T o investigate and analyze the status of depression am ong severely disabled soldiers at hospi-tal for veterans.Methods Self-R ating D epression Scale(SDS) in the form of questionnaire w as adopted to evaluate and analyze the depression status of 29 severely disabled soldiers,and health protection m easures w ere proposed .Results 29 people w ere investigated and 28 copies of valid questionnaires w ere collected ,am ong w hom 10 people show ed no depression ,accounting for 36% ;18 people show ed depression ,accounting for 64% .6 people show ed slight to mild de-pression ,10 people show ed mild to severe depression ,and 2 people show ed severe depression .Conclusion Medical in-stitutions should pay great attention to the severely disabled soldiers at hospital for veterans,strengthen m edical security and mental intervention ,so as to reduce the incidence of depression .
