目的：观察神经节苷脂联合果糖二磷酸钠治疗颅脑外伤的临床疗效。方法将2012年1月至2014年10月收治的颅脑外伤患者86例随机分为观察组和对照组，各43例，对照组采用常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上给予神经节苷脂联合果糖二磷酸钠，观察两组患者治疗前后的 GCS 评分情况、临床疗效和随访6个月时的临床疗效。结果治疗后，两组患者的 GCS 评分均显著升高，且观察组的升高程度显著高于对照组，差异统计学有意义（ P ﹤0.05）；观察组患者在治疗后和随访6个月时的临床总有效率、治愈率和显效率均显著高于对照组，差异统计学有意义（ P ﹤0.05）。结论神经节苷脂联合果糖二磷酸钠可有效改善颅脑外伤患者的临床症状，保护脑组织，提高临床治疗效果。
목적：관찰신경절감지연합과당이린산납치료로뇌외상적림상료효。방법장2012년1월지2014년10월수치적로뇌외상환자86례수궤분위관찰조화대조조，각43례，대조조채용상규치료，관찰조재상규치료기출상급여신경절감지연합과당이린산납，관찰량조환자치료전후적 GCS 평분정황、림상료효화수방6개월시적림상료효。결과치료후，량조환자적 GCS 평분균현저승고，차관찰조적승고정도현저고우대조조，차이통계학유의의（ P ﹤0.05）；관찰조환자재치료후화수방6개월시적림상총유효솔、치유솔화현효솔균현저고우대조조，차이통계학유의의（ P ﹤0.05）。결론신경절감지연합과당이린산납가유효개선로뇌외상환자적림상증상，보호뇌조직，제고림상치료효과。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of ganglioside combined with fructose diphosphate in treatment of patients with trau-matic brain injury. Methods A total of 86 patients with traumatic brain injury during January 2012 to October 2014 were randomly divided into control and observation groups,each group with 43 cases. Patients in control group were treated with conventional treatment,while patients in ob-servation group were given with ganglioside combined with fructose diphosphate on the basis of conventional treatment. The efficacy of treatment in both groups had been observed and compared. Results The GCS scores in all these patients were significantly increased,but the efficacy of pa-tients in observation group was better than that of patients in control group( P ﹤ 0. 05). The total effective rate,cure rate and significant efficien-cy rate after treatment and in 6 months follow - up period of patients in observation group were all higher than those of patients in control group( P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion For treatment of patients with traumatic brain injury,the treatment with combination of ganglioside and fructose diphos-phate can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and it is worthy to be clinically applied.
