目的:观察糖尿病患者24 h眼压特征,探讨其影响因素。方法选取2012年1月~2014年12月于西安市第四医院就诊的40例单纯糖尿病患者为A组,同期的40例DR患者为B组,40名健康人员为C组,然后将三组人员的体重指数(BMI)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血脂水平、中央角膜厚度(CCT)及眼内压(IOP)值进行比较,同时以Logistic分析各指标与眼内压的关系。结果 A组及B组的BMI、HbA1c、血脂水平、CCT及眼内压值均与C组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),经Logistic分析显示,BMI(OR=0.18,95%CI=0.07~0.76,P=0.012)、HbA1c(OR=0.11,95%CI=0.05~0.68,P=0.001)、TG (OR=0.13,95%CI=0.06~0.73,P=0.009)、CCT (OR=0.10,95%CI=0.03~0.56,P=0.000)均是眼内压的影响因素。结论糖尿病患者24 h眼压呈现一定的波动,且BMI、HbA1c、TG、CCT均是其重要的影响因素。

Objective To observe the 24 hours intraocular pressure characteristics of patients with diabetes mellitus, and investigate the influence factors. Methods 40 patients with only diabetes mellitus in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were selected as group A, 40 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with retinopathy at the same time were selected as group B, 40 healthy persons were selected as group C, then the body mass index (BMI), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), blood lipid levels, central corneal thickness (CCT) and intraocular pressure (IPO) of three groups were compared, then the relationship between those indexes and IPO were analyzed by the Logistic analy-sis. Results The BMI, HbA1c, blood lipid levels, CCT and IPO of group A and group B had significant differences to those of the group C (P<0.05). Logistic analysis showed that, the BMI (OR=0.18, 95%CI=0.07-0.76, P=0.012), HbA1c (OR=0.11, 95%CI=0.05-0.68, P=0.001), TG (OR=0.13, 95%CI=0.06-0.73, P=0.009), CCT (OR=0.10, 95%CI=0.03-0.56, P=0.000) were the influence factors of IPO. Conclusion The 24 hours intraocular pressure of patients with dia-betes mellitus show some extent of fluctuations, and the BMI, HbA1c, TG and CCT are its important influence factors.
