生态系统适应性管理的目标是寻求区域生态保护和经济发展的最佳平衡。选择地处农牧交错带的鄂尔多斯市乌审旗,基于1998,2008年土地覆被数据,从格局上分析生态系统变化过程;并基于生态承载力动态变化,从压力子系统和承载力子系统2个方面,从功能上揭示研究区生态承载力状态。研究结果表明:①草地和荒漠是研究区主导的生态系统类型,近10年来生态系统结构发生的显著变化,表现在高、中覆盖度草地、林地和建设用地均有增加,低覆盖度草地和荒漠面积减少,景观异质性增加,景观结构趋于稳定,生态效应显著提升;②1998年以来,生态承载负荷度不断下降,生态承载能力不断提高,工业煤炭消费量和GDP是主要的压力因子,而耕地则对承载力的提升存在重要影响。最后,提出了生态系统适应性管理的对策措施。

Based on land cover database of 1998 and 2008 , the paper analyze ecosystem pattern change pro-cedure of Uxin Banner in Ordos, which is on the transition zone between cropping area and nomadic area.Based on dynamic change of ecosystem carrying capacity during 1998—2008, on the aspects of pressure system and bearing pressure system, the paper has presented the studying area ’ s current situation of ecosystem carrying capacity. Grassland and desert are two main dominant ecosystem land types in studying area.In recent 10 years, the obvious changes of ecosystem construction includes the increases of high and moderate coverage grasslands, forestland and construction land, and decreases of low coverage grassland and desert, which obviously shows the improvement of ecological effects.From 1998, ecological carrying rate declines continually, which implying the ecological carrying capacity has been rising.Industrial coal consumption and GDP are two main factors to pressure system, while ara-ble land plays a significant role in improving of bearing pressure system.Based on above, the paper bring forward some suggestions and countermeasures to ecosystem adaptive management.Research results have directive signifi-cance to ecosystem construction of Uxin Banner.
