目的：探讨舒适护理模式在儿童窝沟封闭术护理中的应用效果。方法将进行窝沟封闭术治疗的1452例儿童，共4395颗牙齿随机分为观察组735例2199颗牙齿，对照组717例2196颗牙齿，观察组采用舒适护理模式，对照组采用常规护理模式，术后进行随访3个月、6个月、12个月，记录并比较两组封闭剂存留率及龋齿发生率。结果观察组术后3个月、6个月、12个月封闭剂存留率对比对照组无差异（P>0.05）；观察组3个月、6个月、12个月龋齿发生率均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论舒适护理模式可增加窝沟封闭术的成功率，有效的提高患儿及家属的生活质量。
목적：탐토서괄호리모식재인동와구봉폐술호리중적응용효과。방법장진행와구봉폐술치료적1452례인동，공4395과아치수궤분위관찰조735례2199과아치，대조조717례2196과아치，관찰조채용서괄호리모식，대조조채용상규호리모식，술후진행수방3개월、6개월、12개월，기록병비교량조봉폐제존류솔급우치발생솔。결과관찰조술후3개월、6개월、12개월봉폐제존류솔대비대조조무차이（P>0.05）；관찰조3개월、6개월、12개월우치발생솔균저우대조조（P<0.05）。결론서괄호리모식가증가와구봉폐술적성공솔，유효적제고환인급가속적생활질량。
Objective To discuss the effect of comfort nursing model in the nursing of children's nest ditch seal technique. Methods1 452 cases of children (4 395 teeth) treated with nest ditch seal technique were randomly divided into 735 cases (2 199 teeth) in observation group and 717 cases(2196 teeth) in control group. Observation group received comfort nursing mode, and control group accepted routine nursing mode. Patients were folowed up for 3, 6 and 12 months. To record and compare the sealant retention rate and dental caries rate. ResultsAfter 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, the sealant retention rate of observation group was higher than control group, (P> 0.05).The dental caries rate in observation group was lower than control group (P< 0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing mode can increase the success rate of nest ditch seal technique, improve the quality of life of children and their families.
