近年来，中国5A级景区的数量增长很快，各地方政府为之投入了大量资源。5A级景区分布越来越不均衡，其增长有向社会经济发达地区聚集的趋势。采用通径分析法并借助SAS 9．3的TSCSREG程序，对2007年获评的第1批5A级景区所在地城市进行投资拉动、消费拉动的经济效应分析。5A级景区建设引致的固定资产投资转化为人均GDP的效率较低；同时，5A级景区的旅游收入转化为人均GDP的能力稍显不足，在消费驱动方面对人均GDP的影响有限。因此，应当适当调节5A级景区资格的分配，加强旅游产业的深化，让旅游产业从“交费”走向消费，谨慎对5A级景区的投资。

With the booming of 5A tourist attractions in recent years, local governments invest a huge amount of resources on tourism development.This paper investigates how 5A spots are spatially distributed, and how they affect local welfare.The research indicates that there is a trend that 5A spots are located in the more developed are-as.The results of path analysis based on panel data indicate that the 5A spots cannot increase local GDP per capita through the investment related to 5A spot development, but can increase GDP per capita by a smaller amount through attracting more tourists.Some policy implications for local governments on developing their potential 5A spots are presented.
