以1995—2012年浙江省11个地级市的入境旅游收入和入境旅游接待人数为基础，对浙江省及其11个地级市入境旅游流流量与流质的演化及匹配度变化进行分析。浙江省入境旅游流量处于稳步上升的态势，流质整体下降，二者反向发展，2003年是流质和流量变化的重要拐点。在流量方面，11个地级市入境旅游流流量市场份额呈现3种态势：逐渐降低型，稳步上升型，起伏不定型；在流质方面，丽水市入境旅游流流质稳居第1位且高于3．00，其他各市流质均在0．50～2．00之间波动起伏。浙江省11个地级市入境旅游流流量和流质匹配结构不断优化，同步双高型城市、同步中间型城市数量增加，匹配偏离型城市数量减少。

Based on the data of the inbound tourism revenue and reception in Zhejiang Province from 1995 to 2012 ,this paper study the evolution and the matching degree evolution about the quantity and quality of inbound tourism flow.During the 18 years, the quantity of inbound tourism flow in Zhejiang Province has been rising steadi-ly, while the quality of inbound tourism flow shows an opposite direction, and the year of 2003 is a turning point. During the 18 years, the quantity of inbound tourism flow in the 11 prefecture-level cities has shown three trends:gradually decreasing ,steadily rising and unsteadily fluctuating.Meanwhile the quality of inbound tourism flow in the 10 cities ranges from 0.50 to 2.00, except Lishui City which stands first with more than 3.00.The matching structure between the quantity and the quality is changing for better, that is, synchronous double high cities and synchronous intermediate cities are increasing, deviation cities are decreasing.
