目的：探究疼痛护理及临终关怀对晚期胃癌患者生活质量的影响。方法选取晚期胃癌患者62例，根据入院顺序分为对照组和观察组各31例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用疼痛护理以及临终关怀，观察比较两组患者护理效果。结果观察组患者疼痛程度减轻优于对照组（P<0.05），患者生存质量评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论晚期胃癌患者采用疼痛护理和临床关怀，护理效果优良。
목적：탐구동통호리급림종관부대만기위암환자생활질량적영향。방법선취만기위암환자62례，근거입원순서분위대조조화관찰조각31례，대조조채용상규호리，관찰조채용동통호리이급림종관부，관찰비교량조환자호리효과。결과관찰조환자동통정도감경우우대조조（P<0.05），환자생존질량평분고우대조조（P<0.05）。결론만기위암환자채용동통호리화림상관부，호리효과우량。
Objective To explore the influence of pain nursing and clinical care to the quality of life of patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods 62 cases of late gastric cancer,according to the order of admission into the control group and observation group, 31 cases each group.Control group used conventional nursing,and the observation group used pain care and deathbed care.The nursing effect of the two groups were observed and compared.ResultsThe reducing degree of pain in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P< 0.05),and the quality of life in patients was higher than that in control group (P< 0.05).Conclusion The effect of pain nursing and clinical care for patients with advanced gastric cancer is remarkable.
