综述中医运动养生对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)病人生命质量影响的研究进展,指出在研究层面研究太极拳和八段锦功效的较多,其他健身功法研究较少;国外研究存在样本量小、干预时间短、病人依从性差等问题,而国内研究存在设计不严谨、拘泥于理论、缺少客观统一的量化指标等缺点。在推广应用层面中医健身功法仅在 COPD 病人康复阶段起辅助作用,对结果的评价也缺乏客观通用的指标。在研究层面亟须开展高质量、多中心、大样本的随机对照试验,并制定规范化的中医运动处方。
綜述中醫運動養生對慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)病人生命質量影響的研究進展,指齣在研究層麵研究太極拳和八段錦功效的較多,其他健身功法研究較少;國外研究存在樣本量小、榦預時間短、病人依從性差等問題,而國內研究存在設計不嚴謹、拘泥于理論、缺少客觀統一的量化指標等缺點。在推廣應用層麵中醫健身功法僅在 COPD 病人康複階段起輔助作用,對結果的評價也缺乏客觀通用的指標。在研究層麵亟鬚開展高質量、多中心、大樣本的隨機對照試驗,併製定規範化的中醫運動處方。

It reviewed the research progress on influence of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)exercise regi-men on quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),and pointed out that the researches on the effectiveness of Tai Chi and Ba Duan Jin in level of research were more,other researches on fitness exercises were fewer;there were some problems such as a small sample size,short intervention time and poor patients’compliance in foreign researches,while there were some shortcoming such as no rigorous de-sign,bound by theory,the lack of a unified objective quantitative indicators.domestic rigorous study design does not exist,bound by theory,the lack of a unified objective quantitative indicators and other shortcomings.TCM fitness exercises only played a supporting role in the rehabilitation stage of COPD patients in traditional Chinese medicine in promotion and application level,and the objective and universal indicators were lack in the evalua-tion on the results.The high quality,multi center,large sample of randomized controlled test in research level need to be carried out and to develop standardized TCM exercise prescription.
