文章基于实际生产试制,对可能导致ZK61M镁合金热轧开裂的原因进行了对比分析。结果表明,合金中Zn含量的高低是影响开裂的主因,铸造时其含量需控制为5.0%~5.6%;合理的工艺制度可有效防止开裂,即开轧温度范围控制为390~410℃,终轧温度范围控制为320~350℃,轧制速度控制为0.2~0.8 m/s;前两道次加工率控制10%以下,后续道次加工率应控制在20%以下;390℃/15h均热二次。

Based on commissioning production, the paper presented comparative analysis of possible factors ( incl. ingot quality and homogenization annealing process, hot rol ing temperature, reduction schedule and chemical composition ) to cause ZK61M ingot cracking in hot rol ing. The results showed that Zn content was critical factor and it should be kept at 5. 0% ~5. 6%;the optimal schedule was to keep initial rol ing temperature at 390~410℃, finishing rol ing temperature at 320~ 350℃, rol ing speed at 0. 2 ~ 0. 8 m/s, processing rate for the first two passes below 10% and that for subsequent passes below 20%, intermediate homogenization annealing at 390℃/15h twice.
