目的：分析上皮性卵巢癌特异转录子2（HOST2）长链非编码 RNA（lncRNA）在上皮性卵巢癌细胞株的表达和意义。方法采用荧光定量 PCR 法检测上皮性卵巢癌细胞株（SKOV3、OVCAR3、A2780）、正常卵巢上皮细胞株（HOSEpiC）、膀胱癌细胞株（T24）、乳腺癌细胞株（MCF -7）、结肠癌细胞株（HT29）及其上清液 HOST2 lncRNA 基因的表达量。结果 SKOV3和 OVCAR3及其上清液均存在 HOST2 lncRNA 基因高表达，A2780、T24、MCF -7、HOSEpiC 及其上清液中 HOST2 lncRNA 基因的表达量均极弱。SKOV3和 OVCAR3细胞株及其上清液中 HOST2 lncRNA 基因的表达量均高于 HOSEpiC 的表达量，差异有明显统计学意义（ P ﹤0.05）。结论 HOST2 lncRNA 选择性表达于上皮性卵巢癌细胞株及其上清液中，HOST2 lncRNA 有可能与上皮性卵巢癌的发生有关。
목적：분석상피성란소암특이전록자2（HOST2）장련비편마 RNA（lncRNA）재상피성란소암세포주적표체화의의。방법채용형광정량 PCR 법검측상피성란소암세포주（SKOV3、OVCAR3、A2780）、정상란소상피세포주（HOSEpiC）、방광암세포주（T24）、유선암세포주（MCF -7）、결장암세포주（HT29）급기상청액 HOST2 lncRNA 기인적표체량。결과 SKOV3화 OVCAR3급기상청액균존재 HOST2 lncRNA 기인고표체，A2780、T24、MCF -7、HOSEpiC 급기상청액중 HOST2 lncRNA 기인적표체량균겁약。SKOV3화 OVCAR3세포주급기상청액중 HOST2 lncRNA 기인적표체량균고우 HOSEpiC 적표체량，차이유명현통계학의의（ P ﹤0.05）。결론 HOST2 lncRNA 선택성표체우상피성란소암세포주급기상청액중，HOST2 lncRNA 유가능여상피성란소암적발생유관。
Objective To analyze HOST2 lncRNA's expression and clinical significance in epithelial ovarian cancer cell lines. Methods HOST2 lncRNA's expression of epithelial ovarian cancer cell lines(SKOV3,OVCAR3,A2780),normal ovarian epithelial cell line(HOSEpiC), bladder cancer cell line(T24),breast cancer cell line(MCF -7),colon cancer cell line(HT29)and their supernatant was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results HOST2 lncRNA gene highly expressed in SKOV3 and OVCAR3 and their supernatant. The expression of HOST2 ln-cRNA in A2780,T24,MCF -7,HOSEpiC and their supernatant was very weak. Expression of HOST2 lncRNA in SKOV3 and OVCAR3 cells and their supernatant were higher than those in normal ovarian epithelial cells( P ﹤0. 05). Conclusion HOST2 lncRNA expressed in epithelial ovarian cancer cell lines and the supernatant,but its expression has certain selectivity,HOST2 lncRNA may be related to epithelial ovarian cancer.
