中国高校高层次领军人才队伍建设中普遍存在缺乏系统完善的规划、考核评价体系不健全、难以充分发挥高层次领军人才高价值等问题。中国高校可借鉴美国高校经验,从科学制定人才引进规划,注重引进过程中对高层次领军人才能力的全面考察,改善引进后对高层次领军人才的考核管理,完善高层次领军人才的培养机制以促进高层次领军人才作用的持续发挥等方面来进一步提升高层次领军人才队伍质量。
中國高校高層次領軍人纔隊伍建設中普遍存在缺乏繫統完善的規劃、攷覈評價體繫不健全、難以充分髮揮高層次領軍人纔高價值等問題。中國高校可藉鑒美國高校經驗,從科學製定人纔引進規劃,註重引進過程中對高層次領軍人纔能力的全麵攷察,改善引進後對高層次領軍人纔的攷覈管理,完善高層次領軍人纔的培養機製以促進高層次領軍人纔作用的持續髮揮等方麵來進一步提升高層次領軍人纔隊伍質量。

There exist some problems in the construction of high -level talents team in Chinese colleges and uni-versities,such as the lack of systematic planning,imperfect evaluation system,and insufficient role fulfillment of high -level talents.We can learn from the experience of universities of the United States and improve the quality of high -level talents team by making a scientific plan of recruiting talents,paying more attention to the overall abili-ties of high -level talents in the process of recruitment,strengthening the evaluation and management after recruit-ment and perfecting the cultivation mechanism of high -level talents team.
