神华亿利能源公司690t/hCFB锅炉自投产运行以来,普遍存在床温高、分离器分离效率低、SO2排放值高、飞灰浓度高、空预器漏风、风机耗电量高、含氧量和排烟温度高、锅炉热效率低,锅炉主要运行参数偏离设计值的问题。本文论述了对690t/hCFB锅炉在设备改造和运行调整方面采取的措施及取得的效果,为其它运行的CFB锅炉存在的同类问题解决提供了可借鉴的经验。

Shen hua yi li energy co.,ltd 690t/h CFB boiler has since put into operation, common bed tempera?ture high, the separating efficiency of separator is low, high levels of SO2 emissions, fly ash concentration high, air leakage of air preheater, fan power consumption, high oxygen content and high exhaust gas tempera?ture, the boiler thermal efficiency is low, the main operating parameters of the boiler from the design value problem. This paper discusses to adopt 690t/h CFB boiler in the reform and operation of the equipment ad?justment measures and the results, and provide reference to solve similar problems for other operation of CFB boiler.
