取消烟气脱硫旁路后,脱硫和锅炉烟气系统形成一个串联系统,对于原设计为单台增压风机的机组,增压风机跳闸后触发锅炉主燃料跳闸,增压风机及其附属系统运行的可靠性制约着锅炉的安全运行;为了提高设备动作的可靠性,减少机组非停,对相关控制逻辑进行优化,通过试验和论证,实现增压风机故障减负荷功能,为机组安全稳定运行和减少非计划停运提供了保障。

After Cancelling the flue gas desulfurization bypass,the FGD and the boiler flue gas system form a series system;The original design for a single booster fan units,the booster fan trip causes the boiler MFT ac?tion, the reliability of the booster fan and its auxiliary system restricts the safe operation of the boiler;To im?prove the reliability of the device operation,reducing the unplanned outage of unit,the relevant control logic optimized,through experiment and demonstration,realizes the booster fan runback function, provides a guaran?tee for the safe and stable operation and reduce unplanned outages.
