目的：探讨基于手卫生在控制医院感染方面的应用效果。方法2013年我院仅根据以往工作经验并结合相关规章制度实施手部卫生控制；2014年初，我院组织临床医护人员举办研讨会，提出日常工作中手部卫生控制相关问题，结合本院实际情况提出正确有效的解决措施。结果2013年手卫生相关医院感染发生率高达0.66%；2014年手卫生相关医院感染发生率仅为0.09%（P<0.05）。结论采取多种有效措施切实加强临床医护人员手卫生控制效果有利于降低院内感染发生率，保障入院治疗患者疗效及生活质量。
목적：탐토기우수위생재공제의원감염방면적응용효과。방법2013년아원부근거이왕공작경험병결합상관규장제도실시수부위생공제；2014년초，아원조직림상의호인원거판연토회，제출일상공작중수부위생공제상관문제，결합본원실제정황제출정학유효적해결조시。결과2013년수위생상관의원감염발생솔고체0.66%；2014년수위생상관의원감염발생솔부위0.09%（P<0.05）。결론채취다충유효조시절실가강림상의호인원수위생공제효과유리우강저원내감염발생솔，보장입원치료환자료효급생활질량。
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of hand hygiene in controling hospital-based infections.MethodsOur hospital in 2013 only based on past experience and combined with relevant rules and regulations to implement hand hygiene control. Early 2014, our hospital clinical staff organized seminars to present daily work hand hygiene control related issue, combined with the actual situation of the court correct and effective solutions. Results In 2013 hand hygiene-related nosocomial infection rate was 0.66%,and in 2014 hand hygiene-related nosocomial infection rate was 0.09% (P< 0.05). ConclusionAdopting effective measures to improve the clinical staff hand hygiene control effect helps reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections, protect hospitalized patients’efficacy and quality of life.
