目的:探讨18~50岁的正常人前额叶氢质子磁共振波谱( proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy ,1H-MRS )的特点。方法以107名18~50岁的正常人为研究对象,其中男性58例,女性49例,采用多体素1H-MRS检测前额叶生化代谢物N-乙酰基天门冬氨酸( NAA )、胆碱复合物( Cho )与肌酸复合物( Cr ),完成NAA/Cr值、Cho/Cr值和NAA/( Cho+Cr )值的计算。结果正常人前额叶NAA/Cr、Cho/Cr、NAA/( Cho+Cr )不同侧别比较(1.62±0.34 vs.1.57±0.32,t=1.11,P=0.27;1.22±0.28 vs.1.28±0.27,t=1.59,P=0.11;0.73±0.20 vs.0.72±0.23,t=0.34,P=0.73)、不同性别间比较(1.64±0.36 vs.1.59±0.33,t=0.74,P=0.46;1.56±0.32 vs.1.58±0.33,t=0.32,P=0.75;1.24±0.28 vs.1.20±0.27,t=0.75,P=0.46;1.31±0.29 vs.1.26±0.27,t=0.92, P=0.36;0.75±0.22 vs.0.72±0.21,t=0.72,P=0.47;0.74±0.24 vs.0.71±0.20,t=0.69,P=0.49),差异均无统计学意义,各研究指标与年龄间亦无相关性(P>0.05)。结论正常人前额叶代谢物双侧无差异,代谢物水平可能不受性别和年龄的影响。

Objective T o explore the characteristics of hydrogen proton m agnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-M R S ) of prefrontal lobe am ong norm al people betw een 18 and 50 .Methods 107 norm al volunteers including 58 m ales and 49 fem ales w ere assessed in this study.A m ulti-voxel 1H-M R S w as adopted to detect the biochem ical substances of N-acetyl-aspartate (N A A ),choline-containing com pounds (C ho )and phosphocreatine and creatine (C r)in their prefrontal lobes,and the values of N A A/C r,C ho/C r and N A A/(C ho+C r) w ere calculated .Results T he com parison of N A A/C r, Cho/Crand NAA/(Cho+Cr)in both sidesofprefrontallobesamong normalpeople showed(1.62±0.34 vs.1.57±0.32, t=1.11,P=0.27;1.22 ±0.28 vs.1.28 ±0.27,t=1.59,P=0.11;0.73 ±0.20 vs.0.72 ±0.23,t=0.34,P=0.73);T he com parison of N A A/C r,C ho/C r and N A A/(C ho+C r)of prefrontal lobes in different genders am ong norm al people show ed (1.64 ±0.36 vs.1.59 ±0.33,t=0.74,P=0.46;1.56 ±0.32 vs.1.58 ±0.33,t=0.32,P=0.75;1.24 ±0.28 vs.1.20 ±0.27,t=0.75,P=0.46;1.31 ±0.29 vs.1.26 ±0.27,t=0.92,P=0.36;0.75 ±0.22 vs.0.72 ±0.21,t=0 .72 ,P=0 .47;0 .74 ± 0 .24 vs.0 .71 ± 0 .20 ,t=0 .69 ,P=0 .49 ).T he differences had no statistical significance and the research indexes had no correlation to age w as not significant(P>0 .05 ).Conclusion B iochem ical substances of pre-frontal lobe am ong norm al people have no bilateral differences,and the m etabolite levels are not possibly influenced by gender and age.
