基于储能在电网的巨大应用前景,主要研究了储能对变电站优化规划的影响。在确定了储能控制策略的基础上,建立了考虑储能的变电站规划模型。再根据是否含有已建变电站,分别利用常规Voronoi图和结合专家经验的负荷矩最小方法产生初始站址。最后通过作加权Voronoi图的方法,根据规划地区内是否受到储能的调节,分别对新建变电站进行优化规划。

Energy storage in the power system has great application prospects. The effect of energy storage on the optimal planning of substation is studied. Firstly, the substation planning model with energy storage is established on the basis of energy storage control strategy. Then, two methods are adopted to get the initial locations in terms of the existence of substations. One is the ordinary Voronoi diagram method and the other is the criterion of minimum load moment. Finally, according to the planning region whether it contains energy storage, a substation optimization method based on the weighted Voronoi diagram is proposed to the new substation planning.
