随着高速铁路的快速发展,无缝线路在轨道交通领域的应用也越来越广泛,断轨的发生机率也随之变高。目前我国主要使用探伤车和轨道电路等方法检测断轨,但是存在诸多缺点。近年来,利用超声导波检测无缝线路断轨取得了长足的发展。文中设计了一种基于超声导波的断轨检测系统,具有断轨实时检测、数据上传、报警等功能,能够快速确定故障区间。在实际线路上进行了断轨检测实验,实现了以1 km为单位检测区间的断轨检测,误报率小于1%。

With the quick development of high-speed rail, the CWR is more and more widespread in rail transport industry. Incidence of broken rail becomes higher than before. Detection methods such as rail flaw detecting car and track circuit have some shortcomings. The research on Ultrasonic Guided Waves has been deeply studied. Ultrasonic Guided Waves Technology has a lot of potential in the CWR track detection. A broken rail detection system based on guided wave is proposed. It can complete real-time detection of broken rails, packet upload, alarming and other functions. It can determine the fault section quickly. Broken rail detection experiments conducted in the actual line. The system can detect the rail between 1km intervals.
