目的:探讨 T2DM 患者血清脂肪细胞脂肪酸结合蛋白、脂联素水平与糖尿病大血管病变的关联性。方法:选取2014年1月-9月间在本院内分泌住院的87例2型糖尿病患者的住院资料进行回顾性分析,根据其临床表现及各种检查结果分为:糖尿病大血管病变组(42例),单纯2型糖尿病组(45例);并选择同期本院门诊体检健康的45人作为健康对照组,分别测定3组血清脂肪细胞脂肪酸结合蛋白、脂联素、血脂、血糖等指标,进行数据分析比较。结果:与健康对照组和单纯糖尿病组比较,糖尿病大血管病变组的血清脂肪细胞脂肪酸结合蛋白水平明显升高( P﹤0.01),血清脂联素水平明显降低( P﹤0.01)。结论:血清脂肪细胞脂肪酸结合蛋白、脂联素水平变化与糖尿病血管病变的发生、发展可能相关。

목적:탐토 T2DM 환자혈청지방세포지방산결합단백、지련소수평여당뇨병대혈관병변적관련성。방법:선취2014년1월-9월간재본원내분비주원적87례2형당뇨병환자적주원자료진행회고성분석,근거기림상표현급각충검사결과분위:당뇨병대혈관병변조(42례),단순2형당뇨병조(45례);병선택동기본원문진체검건강적45인작위건강대조조,분별측정3조혈청지방세포지방산결합단백、지련소、혈지、혈당등지표,진행수거분석비교。결과:여건강대조조화단순당뇨병조비교,당뇨병대혈관병변조적혈청지방세포지방산결합단백수평명현승고( P﹤0.01),혈청지련소수평명현강저( P﹤0.01)。결론:혈청지방세포지방산결합단백、지련소수평변화여당뇨병혈관병변적발생、발전가능상관。
Objective:To investigate the correlation among serum adiponectin,adipocyte fatty acid-binding protein and vascular lesion in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:The medical records of 87 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)treated in our hospital between January 2014 and September 2014 were reviewed. According to the clinical presentations and laboratory findings,these patients included 42 cases of diabetic vascular lesions and 45 cases of simple diabetes. A contemporary cohort of 45 healthy individuals was recruited as controls. These subjects were examined for serum adipocyte fatty acid-binding protein,adiponectin, total cholesterol,triglycerides,fasting glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin. The findings were analyzed and compared among the three groups.Results:Compared with patients with simple diabetes and healthy controls, patients with diabetic vascular leions had significantly elevated levels of serum adipocyte fatty acid binding protein (P﹤0.01)and lowered level of serum adiponectin(P﹤0.01).Conclusion:The changes in serum adipocyte fatty acid binding protein and adiponectin may be associated with development and progression of vascular lesions in patients with diabetes mellitus.
