目的:运用PDCA循环管理法对我院门诊医疗服务持续性改进进行管理,达到门诊服务满意度的提升。方法:向患者发放满意度调查表,利用PDCA循环理论对患者不满意原因进行分析,制定整改计划,通过整改门诊流程,改善服务环境,培养患者就医习惯,提供优质导医服务等多种方式更好完成门诊医疗服务,并对上述措施进行反复检查、总结,形成提升门诊服务质量的良性循环。结果:运用PDCA循环后,门诊服务质量得到持续改进,患者满意度不断提升,门诊医疗服务达到“服务好、质量好、医德好、群众满意”。结论:应用PDCA循环作为管理的一种手段,提升门诊医疗服务,增加患者满意度。

목적:운용PDCA순배관리법대아원문진의료복무지속성개진진행관리,체도문진복무만의도적제승。방법:향환자발방만의도조사표,이용PDCA순배이론대환자불만의원인진행분석,제정정개계화,통과정개문진류정,개선복무배경,배양환자취의습관,제공우질도의복무등다충방식경호완성문진의료복무,병대상술조시진행반복검사、총결,형성제승문진복무질량적량성순배。결과:운용PDCA순배후,문진복무질량득도지속개진,환자만의도불단제승,문진의료복무체도“복무호、질량호、의덕호、군음만의”。결론:응용PDCA순배작위관리적일충수단,제승문진의료복무,증가환자만의도。
Objective Using PDCA cycle management continuous improvement of our hospital outpatient medical service management, achieve the ascension of the outpatient service satisfaction.Method The patients satisfaction survey, using the theory of PDCA circulation to analyze patients are not satisfied with the reason, the rectification plan, through the improvement of outpatient service process, improve the service environment, cultivate hospitalized habits, to provide quality DaoYi service such as a variety of ways to better complete outpatient medical services, and the above measures to double checking, the summary, to form a good circulation of improving the quality of outpatient service.Results After using PDCA cycle, the outpatient service quality for continuous improvement, improve patient satisfaction, outpatient medical services to achieve \"good service, good quality, good medical ethics, the masses satisfied\".Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle as a means of management, improve outpatient medical service and increase patients satisfaction.
